Islamic Law of Inheritance

The science of inheritance is a branch of Islamic jurisprudence (Fiqh), but in Islamic seminaries, it is taught as a separate subject. The primary textbook for this subject is Al-Sirajiyyah, written by the 6th-century Hijri Hanafi jurist, Allama Sajawandi. In this course, we have presented the topics of inheritance in an easy-to-understand manner using notes and PowerPoint slides to make it understandable to the general public. The Islamic Law of Inheritance is a concise subject that focuses on studying the Islamic principles for distributing the deceased’s property among their heirs.
