Terms and Conditions
School of Social Sciences Foundation, operating “SDN Studios” as a project and with SDN registered as intellectual property (“SDN Studios,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), provides online selfpaced courses, recorded lectures, and downloadable learning materials via sdnstudios.com (the “Site”) and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, the user (“Student,” “user,” or “customer”) agrees to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If these Terms are not agreed, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
Eligibility:
The Services are available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old. Accounts created by or for individuals under 18 are not permitted and may be removed.
Account creation:
Accurate, complete, and current information must be provided and kept updated. One account per individual unless explicitly authorized.
Account security:
Account credentials must be kept confidential. Activity under the account is the responsibility of the account holder. Prompt notice to support@sdnstudios.com is required if unauthorized access is suspected.
Suspension/termination:
SDN Studios may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or misuse, or to comply with law.
2. Course Access and Delivery
Platform:
Courses are delivered on WordPress using Tutor LMS Pro. Access may include videos, PDFs, PPTs, assessments, and recorded lectures.
Availability:
Course availability, schedules, and features may change; modules may be updated, added, or removed to improve learning quality or for operational reasons.
Technical requirements:
A stable internet connection and compatible device/software are required; users are responsible for meeting these requirements.
Access term:
Unless otherwise stated on a specific course page, access is personal, nontransferable, and available for the duration listed at purchase or enrollment.
